About Our Company

Ryan Mechanical, Inc. is a woman-owned and operated local family contracting company based in Nevada; founded by Robert and Judy Witt in 1996. The company was named in remembrance of their son, Ryan, who was killed by a drunk driver in 1995.

Although Robert and Judy continue as Directors of the company, their children assumed ownership in 2015. Many other family members continue to be employed with the company in management, supervisory, field work, and administrative roles.

As a family business, Ryan Mechanical, Inc. provides dependable, quality services to their customers, and strives to offer a comfortable and welcoming environment to their employees.

Today, Ryan Mechanical, Inc. has over 100 full-time workers. The company's unionized employees are members of the Local No. 525 Plumbers and Pipefitters, Local No. 350 Plumbers and Pipefitters, Local No. 88 Sheet Metal Workers, and Local No. 26 Sheet Metal Workers.
